The Service Depot Technician's responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory
• Completing shop repairs
• Handling phones and scheduling
• Overseeing facility maintenance
• Receiving, confirming, and documenting package contents
• Fulfilling FSE reorder forms and shipping parts
• Conducting cycle counts
• Organizing stock and implementing shelf zone IDs
• Tracking warehouse instruments and parts
• Retrieving instruments from customer sites using company truck
• Diagnosing and planning shop repairs
• Tracking and completing repairs in a timely manner
• Providing training on shop repairs
• Learning to service the full range of instruments
• Assisting with call management and routing
• Setting up PMs via calls
• Tracking service requests and ensuring follow-up
• Supporting field techs with information from Dyn and service manuals
• Assisting with facility upkeep
• Being on site for any service needs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of shop and repair stations
