    SUMMARY The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling employees relations matters for St. Lukes Physician Group (SLPG) including basic and escalated issues. Job Description Executes talent and human resource strategies. Implements programs, processes and tools of the practice areas.

    Provides consulting to leaders on a broad range of human resource issues; including employee relations, performance management andensuring consistency on goal setting, pay positioning and performance differentiation and distribution.

    Facilitates employee relations activities including partnering with leadership on initiating corrective action and associated follow-up including conducting staff interviews, investigations, discussions with managers, documentation.

    Engages in the interactive processes with employees to determine ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations. Drafts appropriate correspondences for employee investigations to ensure appropriate closure. Assists in preparing documentation and responses to EEOC claims and other litigation.

    Maintains knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.

    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications for Position:
