    Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Floating Customer Service Representative for our Claremont, New Hampshire branch. This role will cover additional locations as needed, with 40 hours of work per week.


    The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, playing a critical role in Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's success. Representatives build trusted relationships by supporting customers with their day-to-day financial needs and providing exceptional service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend relevant products and services.
    • Identify opportunities to refer customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
    • Gain knowledge of the banking industry and contribute toward meeting branch goals in various categories.
    • Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
    • Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries effectively, and follow up with customers.

    About the Role:

    This position focuses on developing general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account opening. A passion for customer service and experience with Windows are essential for this role.
