    Restaurant Assistant Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Delight-restaurant-group. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, ensuring the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist the General Manager in achieving restaurant objectives.
    • Ensure ethical business practices.
    • Participate in the achievement of restaurant goals.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of management experience.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
