    Our client is a leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions specializing in dispensing, plasma, and heatstaking technologies. Their innovative machines are utilized across various industries to enhance production processes and product quality.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our client's team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Install, commission, and calibrate machines at customer sites. Travel up to 50%.
    2. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and reliably.
    3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site, to minimize downtime.
    4. Perform repairs and component replacements as necessary to restore machine functionality.
    5. Train customers on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
    6. Document service activities, including service reports, spare parts usage, and customer feedback.
    7. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
    8. Maintain a high level of technical expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    1. Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as a service technician or engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or automation environment.
    3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
    4. Familiarity with PLCs, HMI interfaces, and industrial automation software.
    5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
    6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
    7. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and work flexible hours.
    8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
