    We are currently in need of a team member that will use applicable systems to control the flow of work for Claim department units. Responsible for updating transactions and information related to tasks within the unit. Responsible for inputting and assigning work in the unit workflow imaging queues. Responsible for mailings, filing, ordering supplies, pick-ups and deliveries to other areas, and maintenance of machines for the unit. Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.

    What you'll do:

    • Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
    • Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports. Sorts and distributes all daily work, incoming mail, and prints.
    • Maintain files and records, apply changes along with providing support as asked.
    • Make calls to allocated existing customers to establish contact and build rapport.
    • Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
    • Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

    What you need:
    • High school education or equivalent required
    • Office experience preferred

    BCBSKS Grade: Non-Exempt 10

    Minimum salary starting at $17.77 hourly
