    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide subject matter expertise with respect to global platforms, processes and systems utilized within our Cash Trading Latin America team.
    • Distribute and maximize cash trading across the Latin America region.
    • Work closely with sales, sales traders, traders, capital markets, and research analyst teams to execute orders for the international client desks in the U.S. market.
    • Utilize deep understanding of stocks, maximize the trading efficiency, and gain market share among global clients.
    • Monitor risk on the equity books using global vision of the risk across the Latin America region.
    • Maintain high level customer relationships with LATAM client base by providing clients with daily market color, technical analysis, and liquidity solutions.
    • Moderate client-facilitated risk positions, consider both company-specific and macro-level factors such as liquidity profile and market volatility, and utilize hedges where appropriate to effectively mitigate downside risk.
    • Contribute to cross-border transactions which involve foreign exchange by hedging and risk mitigating and optimize existing automated spreadsheets to reduce margin of error during trading.
    • Utilize LATAM market knowledge to complete complex transactions and preserve client relationships.
    • Use macro and micro framework to do bespoke due diligence for clients on complex situations and develop content, liaise with traders and portfolio managers, and ultimately deliver solutions for clients.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related; and
    • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
    • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Maintaining high level customer relationships with LATAM client base by providing clients with daily market color, technical analysis, and liquidity solutions;
    • Moderating client-facilitated risk positions, considering both company-specific and macro-level factors such as liquidity profile and market volatility, and utilizing hedges where appropriate to effectively mitigate downside risk;
    • Contributing to cross-border transactions which involve foreign exchange by hedging and risk mitigating and optimizing existing automated spreadsheets to reduce margin of error during trading;
    • Utilizing LATAM market knowledge to complete complex transactions and preserve client relationships; and,

    • Up to 15% domestic and international travel required, as necessary.
