    A rapdly growing 100 person CPA firm in MA is actively looking for a Tax Director.
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our dynamic finance team.

    As a Tax Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

    This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement in the finance industry.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance: A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance is required


    Extensive tax experience:
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
    Proven experience in leading and managing a team of tax professionals.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions. A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored tax solutions.
