Manufacturing Engineer

• Location: (ONSITE) - Mattoon, Illinois
• Duration: 6+ month contract - (Opportunity for contract extension)
• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
• Shift: Normal hours are 6am to 2:30 but could sometimes cover 2nd shift (possibly 50% of the time) and work until 7pm (obviously start time would shift to later)

Duties include:

• Define processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert assisting with the training of wage employees and sharing of best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost.
• Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers and everything in between. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.

• SAP expertise
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Data analytics skills – visualization skills
• Communication is key, must be a team-player and organized.

Work Authorization:
