    Description

    In the recently renovated area on Sansom Street between the 15th and 16th streets, Harp & Crown combines classic charm and luxury with a modern touch. Featuring a glass-façade, 24-foot ceilings, and four chandeliers on the ground floor, the venue balances glamorous elements with funky vintage wallpaper and leather club chairs, millwork, and natural tones. Guests can savor the intricate flavors of new-American cuisine in this space, complete with a 32-seat bar. Beyond the main area, Harp & Crown offers a cocktail bar, lounge, and a two-lane bowling alley at Elbow Lane, providing a comprehensive dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Reasonable adjustments can be made to support individuals with disabilities in fulfilling their roles.

    • Prepare assigned station for service.
    • Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout service.
    • Ensure proper preparation of food items at assigned station(s).
    • Identify and accommodate guests with allergies or dietary restrictions.
    • Collaborate with Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, and FOH & BOH Management teams.
    • Adhere to Schulson Collective's service standards consistently.
    • Report any delays in items from assigned station(s) to Chefs.
    • Create memorable dining experiences to encourage repeat patronage.
    • Possible assignments may include Garde Manger, Pastry Cook, or Butcher roles.

    Physical Requirements

    The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push and/or pull up to 75 pounds. Standing or walking for over 4 hours daily is expected.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Preferred high school diploma.
    • Minimum of one to two years experience in high-volume, fine-casual, or fine-dining environments.
    • Proficient knife skills are essential.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Demonstrated teamwork and support for colleagues.
    • Passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
