    Role:


    As Head of People, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for architecting and executing a comprehensive people strategy that enables our rapid growth, fosters high performance culture,

    and ensures Quadric is destination for top talent.


    Responsibilities:


    • Partner with executive leadership to develop company-wide recruiting function and execute People roadmap aligns with business objectives.

    • Act as trusted advisor coach to senior leaders all people-related matters including organizational design change management employee development establish analytics employee feedback provide insights inform decisions talent engagement long-term people strategy.
