Quality Engineer - Seattle

Job summary:
This role involves applying standard engineering techniques to evaluate product conformance in Blue Origin Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product conformance through the execution optimization and validation of quality processes.
- Verify product process conformance root cause corrective action analysis nonconformity disposition hardware acceptance planning design verification establish quality standards for products processes suggest modifications meant to prevent defects in components final products work closely with cross-functional teams including product design product management production identify mitigate quality risks audit production processes raw materials suppliers vendors ensure that established quality standards are met conduct root cause analysis for defects non-conformities other quality failures may be responsible for ensuring compliance with formal external quality standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001.
