    Hiring for Entry Level Customer service representative

    Job Description:


    • Receive customer orders


    • Print picking tickets for orders to be processed by crew


    • Process/ enter customer orders based on a daily priority


    • Make the necessary adjustments or changes to orders


    • Print and coordinate packing slips for Packaging Department


    • Answer incoming calls


    • Process and distribute customer service invoices when needed


    • May perform other duties as assigned


    • Performs all duties in accordance with the companies operating procedures


    • Keeps informed of the policies and procedures of the company


    • Must follow company policies and procedures

    Required Skills:

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    This is a good role for someone looking to get into administrative/customer service work

    oAbility to type at least 45 WPM and ability to 10 key, required

    oData entry experience with demonstrated accuracy, required

    oBasic proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Excel, Outlook, Teams

    oExcellent work ethic: dependable, punctual

    oTime management skills, able to organize/prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    oThrives in fast paced environment

    oDetail oriented

    oFlexibility/adaptability: able to pivot gracefully as things change and take on extra responsibilities to help team as needed

    oAbility to follow instructions, learn quickly, work independently

    oAble to build relationships with team members and work effectively with others
