We are a startup talent agency that represents influencers, media personalities, and athletes. Many of our influencers or athletes are followed by millions of people. We are growing fast and looking for a Jr. Agent to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, who is looking to join on the ground floor of something big. The number one characteristic we are looking for is proactive. We need a hunter who knows how to get things done and figures things out along the way.

The talent we represent have millions of followers across the globe, and we are looking for someone who can be excellent at communicating and giving a white glove experience to our clients.

In the role, you will focus on finding endorsement and brand deals for our roster of talent that we represent. Researching companies, points of contact, and crafting messages to get their attention and start potential collaborations. There will be a lot of outreach via email, LinkedIn, and sometimes via zoom calls.

The role will report directly to the co-founders and may also include other tasks in marketing, negotiating deals, creating invoices, creating media kits.

Ideal Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field

-1-3 years experience in sales or client facing role

-Proactive as hell

-Kill them with kindness mentality

-Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

-Flexible (Startups change every day)
