    Engineer with 1+ years of experience:

    • A minimum of 1+ years of experience emphasis in structural engineering
    • Professional Engineering license preferred
    • Experience in steel, concrete, wood light frame, and mass timber
    • Experience in structural engineering design and prepared construction documents
    • Participated in coordination efforts with other disciplines

    Engineer with 8+ years of experience:

    • 8+ years of experience emphasis in structural engineering
    • Structural Engineering license preferred
    • Experience in steel, concrete, wood light frame, and mass timber
    • Experience in structural engineering design, prepared construction documents, and led the coordination work with other disciplines. Prepared technical specifications
    • Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment

    General requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited school, Master's degree preferred
    • A solid understanding of the codes and standards: IBC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE/SEI.
    • Proactively handles a reasonable workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments and manages own time effectively
    • Experience in steel, concrete, and mass timber
    • Self-motivated
    • Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD will be beneficial
    • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written
