    Job Title:

    Quality Improvement Coordinator

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, coordinating, supporting, and participating in process and performance measurement and improvement activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement process improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and safety
    • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Coordinate the assessment of and defines the current state and subsequent root-cause and/or workflow analyses that lead to the current challenge
    • Work closely with Risk Management Specialists to ensure strong collaboration and efforts that align with organization areas of risk and opportunity

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years of relevant work experience
    • Ability to understand the language used to precisely describe the human body including its components, processes, conditions affecting it, and procedures performed upon it
    • Electronic medical record software
    • Spreadsheet application with the ability to use calculations, formulas, graphing tools, pivot tables, and macro programming
    • Word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, database experience and other computer related skills

    Working Conditions:

    • Potential exposure to abusive and/or aggressive people
    • Potential exposure to diseases or infections
    • Work with computers, typing, reading or writing
    • Prolonged periods of sitting

    Estimated Salary:

    $65,000 - $90,000 per year
