    Description
    • Work hours 40 hrs. per week, may include some evening virtual calls with project team members.
    • Collaborate with project analyst/project support/vendors on project proposal development.
    • Manage permit application and approval process, scheduling work upon approval.
    • Verify proposal adherence to agreed-upon site placements, making necessary adjustments.
    • Coordinate with vendor: permit postings, manage plan review, permits, and inspections.
    • Get status from vendor on equipment delivery/testing/staging for intercom projects.
    • Coordinate facility preparation tasks, including key distribution, cleanup, deliveries, and security arrangements.
    • Coordinate various vendor installations: electrical, cabling, intercom, and switch/UPS.
    • Track project progress and updates in the project tracker.
    • Utilize CAP system (third-party permitting and inspections vendor) and/or Building Department ISS (Internal permitting and inspections tracker) for knowing status of permits and inspections.
    • Update Safety Technology Microsoft TEAMS Channel – upload all project related documents.
    • Monitor and organize digital project files within TEAMS Project Channels.
    • Facilitate meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
    • Input scheduled work activities, inspections, and updates into project trackers.
    • Keep calendar of dates, upcoming tasks, deadlines
    • Solicit customer feedback to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
    • Generate regular reports for Information Technology and SSEP Leadership
    • Develop dashboards based on project trackers.
    • Assist in community meeting preparation and presentations.
