- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Conduct analysis and modeling that translates data into actionable insight that supports business development.
- Build and operate processes to both reactively capture and proactively identify opportunities.
- Troubleshoot problems and ongoing support requests from users.
- Deploy, customize, and integrate CRM.
- Maintain the quality of data within the Salesforce CRM database.
- Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations
- Minimum of 3 year configuring / maintaining / administering a Salesforce instance (senior admin)
- Must have experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- Willing to be onsite on the west side of Columbus (Hilliard) for 4-5 days/week
- Preferred experience:
- Marketing Cloud / Pardot (now known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Manufacturing or supply chain industry support
- Salesforce CPQ
- Undergraduate degree - BA/BS
- Certified Salesforce Administrator - Preferred
