    About the Position

    LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in California
    We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens assignment in California starting Mar 2, 2026. This opportunity offers a 105-day contract with day shifts from 7am to 4pm, providing both clinic and OR coverage, including weeknight and weekend call. This role is ideal for a board-certified Gastroenterologist interested in flexible, recurring assignments.Job Details

    • LOA: 105 days
    • Provider Type Needed: Gastroenterologist
    • Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month, Monday to Monday; clinic or OR coverage Monday to Friday 7am-3pm; weeknight call; weekend call out of house
    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Perform scopes in the operating room
    • Provide gastroenterology coverage in both clinic and OR settings
    • Participate in weeknight and weekend call as scheduled
    Additional Information
    • Must have active California medical license
    • Required board certification in Gastroenterology
    • Fluoroscopy Certification required
    • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
