    • 200K plus bonusWorking with another recruiter on this one Risk management group with over +$5B in assets will hire an Investment Accounting Director or Manager, depending on experience.
    Insurance side of this group manages traditional fixed and equity-indexed annuities, whole life, Medicare supplement and hospital indemnity products.

    Group is looking to attract someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, technically solid and who has the personality/skill to interact with and advise a diverse group of people.

    Alternative asset classes include structured securities (CLO, MGS, ABS) private credit investments, mortgage loans and derivatives.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:1.

    Manage the monthly close for investment portfolio2.

    Prepare investment schedules for quarterly/annual blue books3.

    Quarterly investment income analysis4.

    NAIC Risk Based Cap reporting5.

    Oversight of trading accuracy6.

    Support transition of new 3rd party investment accounting providerPreferred background should include these:BS/BAa minimum of 7 years of relative experience in a life insurance carrierWings software knowledgeRequires blue book financial statement prep experience at an advanced levelStat/GAAP reporting experienceJeanine DrahotaLost Dutchman Search"Mining for insurance talent, exclusively
