Duties

This position is a mission critical occupation for HRSA. This position is responsible for ensuring that operational and fiscal activities align with and enable accomplishment of Health Resources and Services Administration's mission, goals and objectives.

As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you are responsible for providing expert advice using advanced management and organizational skills and managing complex and sensitive issues.

Your major duties and responsibilities include:

• Developing, analyzing, and evaluating new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
• Analyzing and evaluating on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meetings established goals and objectives.
• Performing complex analysis of current Branch programs, proposed program modifications and reforms, demonstration program models, and policy changes to evaluate their actual potential effectiveness to make measurable improvements.
• Representing the Division Director, Deputy Director, Branch Chief, and the Associate Administrator on top-level program planning and policy development matter.
