    Position Overview:
    They are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to lead their frontend development team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontend engineers, overseeing the development of innovative user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
    Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement frontend requirements.
    Drive the technical direction offrontend architecture and ensure best practices are followed.
    Establish and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
    Manage and prioritize frontend engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deadlines.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
    3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably leading frontend engineering teams.
    Proven track record of delivering complex frontend projects on schedule and within budget.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
