    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for cultivating partnerships within the company that help enhance our ability to achieve business results through people. This position promotes corporate values through human resources management - including performance management, organizational design, training development, succession planning, associate engagement, and talent management.

    Talent Management:
    • Owns compilation of materials to support talent review and succession planning initiatives.
    • Owns HR key metric dashboard, and maintains current tracking of metrics, and reporting on insights and trends.
    • Owns updates and compiles senior leadership new hire onboarding materials and communication as necessary.
    • Owns offboarding process from termination logistics to conducting associate exit interviews and compiling turnover insights.
    • Identifies turnover trends and recommends initiatives to drive retention.
    • Assists VP People Culture with analyzing data on employee turnover, employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews and other metrics to enhance and improve HR programs and services.
    • Responsible for responding to unemployment requests and required EEO-1 reporting.
    Performance Management:
    • Leads department leadership through performance management program throughout the year including appraisals, performance calibration, compensation processes (merit bonus) and performance objective setting.
    • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and coaching to leadership.
    • Provide insights to recruiting team on position requirements.
    Employee Relations:
    • Provide guidance to and resolve associate relations fairly.
    • Independently manages and resolves complex associate relations issues; conducts thorough and objective investigations.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed.
    Organizational Development:
    • Partners with leaders on organization design and team planning strategies; make recommendations and implement change as business needs evolve.
    • Maintains knowledge of competitor structures and Org Development trends.
    • Partners with leadership and business units to develop and maintain job descriptions.
    Project/ Program Management:
    • Develops and updates HR processes in partnership with VP People Culture.
    • Owns Organization Chart and Position Hierarchy Updates.
    • Owns facilitation of new hire orientation and delivery of materials.
    • Supports company community involvement and philanthropy initiatives.
    • Maintains annual calendar of HR programs and events for HR department.
    • Manages Remington Relief Fund administration including intake of grant requests, approval management, and distribution of materials.
    • Acts as system administrator for associate recognition platform.
    • Own full cycle associate of the quarter award program
    • Assists HR team with the preparation of material for Staff Meetings, All Associate Meetings, HR Townhalls, and All Company Meetings and events.
    • Provides planning and execution support for regular engagement activities for corporate associates and HR team members.
    • Assists HR team with additional project and program support as needed.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
    • Microsoft office suite, advanced excel skills a plus
    • 5+ years' experience in HR Generalist or HR Leadership role
    • Must be people oriented and results driven
    • Employee relations/Performance Management experience is required
    • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-Suite
    • Ability to analyze data, make recommendations and create/help execute plans in support of organizational goals
    • Must possess a very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Strong attention to detail required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge and experience using Human Capital Management systems
    • Hospitality experience preferred
    • PHR or SPHR certification a plus
    • 3 days in office minimum is required.
