    Our client, an insurance firm in Delaware County, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Receptionist to join their growing team

    We are seeking a high-energy & very motivated individual to join a dynamic work environment and who will assist in the relentless pursuit of the companys growth.

    This role is onsite 5 days/week and is temporary to permanent.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Receive phone calls, and direct them to the correct representative
    • Greet guests
    • Prepare binders and proposal booklets for Account Assistants and Managers
    • Prepare tabs for binders and proposal booklets
    • Keep track of all office and kitchen supplies, and reorder when necessary
    • Receive and distribute faxes
    • Stamp and send out mail
    • Open and distribute mail
    • Print, create a cover letter for, and mail invoices
    • Run MVRs
    • Fold and mail COIs
    • Special projects as requested by all employees
    • Organize Auto ID cards and mail out
    • Help organize breakfasts/ luncheons for client meetings
    • Organize and order for company meals, vendors and client
    • Assigns incoming policies to customers for Accounting Transactions.
    • Documents and tracks all commercial policies Notice of Cancellations.
    • Manages daily deposits and applies money to customers.
    • Applies and reconciles commission income to Life & Health policies.
    • Pulls Aged Account Receivable report every two weeks to notify agents, as well as the COO and Office Manager
    • Bills all commercial Captive policies and tracks payment on FET Spreadsheet.
    • Creates and sends Quarterly Captive FET report.
    • Renewing policies checking and updating info in AMS - if we have the insured copy mail it out.
    • Deposit incoming checks daily
    • Direct Billings for Commercial Lines department

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree preferred.
    • Administrative experience required.
    • Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Team-oriented with ability to lead when necessary and take direction well.
    • Good written and oral communication skills.
    • Confidence in business and social settings.
    • Organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task and delegate or handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
