• Will require 1-2 days on-site/hybrid work model in Framingham, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Provides medium to high complexity network support activities, including off-shift support.
• Completes network engineering and administration maintenance tasks and analyzes processes for improvement.
• Performs medium to high complexity network changes and implementations.
• Participates in the network technology design process.
• Analyzes potential changes and enhancements to network software and hardware to determine impact on existing production.
• Works as a member of a project team on business projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of network hardware and software technologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of a network technology discipline, including IP Routing and Switching, Routing Protocols, WAN, Firewall, Packet Analysis, IP Telephony, SD-WAN, Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, and IT Tools.
• Knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
• Knowledge of incident and change management principles and best practices.
• 10+ years of experience installing and building network technologies with hands-on configuration capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Well-versed in switching and routing.
• Experience with Arista, F5, and managing DMZ environments is a plus.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Team player; willing to collaborate with other team members.
• No off-hours support required unless there is an emergency; a dedicated team handles these matters.
