+ Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics required 3+ years of professional experience; banking experience in U.S. and international market is preferred minimum 3 years of banking experience in U.S. and international marketplace is required strong interpersonal and organizational skills strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability excellent oral and written communications skills including excellent business writing editing proofreading and presentation skills knowledge of domestic and foreign financial markets and products including non-banking financial institutions is preferred bilingual in Japanese English is required
+ Responsibilities: Develop a well-balanced strategic operational business plan incorporating objectives product planning marketing sales strategies in line with the guidelines provided by Relationship Manager RM face customers to maintain customer relationships manage accounts gaining a deep understanding of their businesses organizations banks transactions develop new business opportunities areas such as commercial loans deposits transaction banking foreign exchange derivatives negotiate terms conditions maximize profitability minimize risks act key member deal team preparing lending proposals pitching prospective clients promote cross-selling initiatives Bank services enhance sector penetration returns turning client interactions significant sales opportunities structure loan financing thorough risk assessments assist securing credit approvals Bank appropriate authorities promote Banks strong relationship culture continuous customer engagement quality client services depth product knowledge support RMs liaison internal parties Product Office US Headquarters Tokyo Japan MUFG offices/branches world participate various projects rule/procedure changes revising fee table improving operational efficiency effectiveness assist duties inquiries related compliance matters adherence bank policies procedures regulatory compliance as required perform coordinate duties assigned Department Head Team Manager or RMs.
