Description
Head Start provides quality preschool education services to children 3–4 years of age for working or school-enrolled parents in a licensed child development facility that meets Federal Income Poverty Guidelines and primarily resides in the Harlandale Independent School District.
Education services promote each child's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development to achieve school readiness measures and successful Head Start child outcomes.
Additional comprehensive family and community support services provided include health, mental health, parenting, nutrition, early intervention for at-risk or developmentally delayed children and case management system.
