    Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Account Manager) to develop and grow relationships of assigned clients and growth of client sales.

    The Client Relationship Manager position is located in Grand Rapids, MN and is responsible for assuring departments working on client programs have clear and concise information about programs, along with leading, coaching and developing Account Coordinators and Account Support Assistants.

    Requirements

    Client Relationship Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as necessary):

    Primary manager of the client relationships, maintaining solid relationships with key clients and checking in on client needs or promotion planning.

    Understand and communicate APF services in detail to the client and to APF departments.
    Develop and/or assist with client presentations.
    Schedule and lead client meetings and travel. Travel as necessary to present to clients and/or to perform client/program related tasks.
    Manage the overall internal execution of promotions and any questions in regards to the promotions.
    Develop good repoire and working relationships with subordinates, peers, management and all departments.
    Work closely with Account Coordinators and Support Assistants providing work direction, training and mentoring

    Active involvement with Account Coordinator and Support Assistant training; utilizing in person and remote training techniques to ensure fluent understanding of systems, processes and procedures.

    Attend and manage weekly status meetings.
    Recapping program results and providing constructive feedback/insights for future planning.
    Develop/Write Program Estimates, Client-Facing Scope of Work, I.T. Scope of Work, SPEC documents, check lists and additional docs required for program setup.

    Manage budget generation and monitor throughout life of projects; effectively communicate cost implications to client as items fall in and out of agreed upon scope of work.

    Work with all departments as necessary to assure program specifications and client requirements are clearly understood.
    Assure Dynamics 360 is being used as a primary CRM and quoting tool.
    Follow policies and confidentially requirements when coming into contact with various forms of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).


    Client Relationship Manager Skills/Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree. Strong organizational and communication skills.

    2+ years of supervisory experience or proven leadership abilities with the ability to hold employees accountable and create a supportive, motivating work environment.

    Ability to manage conflict well; addresses complaints and solves problems in a professional manner.
    Effectively communicate with all employees and adapt communication style to the person or situation as needed.
    Detail Oriented with strong analytical capabilities
    Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills including presentation development and oral presentation delivery.
    Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with customers, team members, and management.
    Innovative thinker, entrepreneurial, tenacious, with a desire to exceed sales revenue goals.
    Keen understanding of digital/online platforms including social media.

    Proficient in computer applications including:
    Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, power-point and Client Launch.
