    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize software tools for sales funnel prediction, customer consumption analysis, and market research.
    • Develop and use analytical models for future projections based on historical data.
    • Model transitions between product generations and propose actions based on insights and uncertainty.
    • Understand lead time influences on forecasts and apply basic statistics in planning analysis.
    • Initially build models in spreadsheets and transition to more sophisticated tools over time.
    • Present capacity plans in S&OP meetings, ensuring clarity and confidence in the analysis.
    • Maintain consistency in communication and documentation across S&OP meetings.
    • Calculate forecast accuracy measures and investigate forecast errors for continuous improvement.
    • Present analyses to company leaders and drive enhancements in software tools.
    • Test and validate new software for accuracy and workflow compatibility.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance. MBA is a plus.
    • 7+ years experience in planning.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Experience with ERP or supply chain planning software is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of diagrams, charts, and tables.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
    • Previous experience working with leading tech companies preferred
