Under the direction of Radiologist and Manager of Radiology, the Mammography Supervisor will perform radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
The Mammography Supervisor will have to calculate figures and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, governmental regulations, and procedure manualsThe Mammography Supervisor should have certification of completion of radiologic technical training from an AMA approved institution.
At least five years of staff technologist experience. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technology certification. Current State of California Radiologic Technology certification. Current certification in mammography. Current CPR certificate. Current Fluoroscopy certification preferred.The Mammography Supervisor will join a largest private, not-for-profit medical center that offers emergency, obstetric and medical/surgical services in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
