Interface

Lead and collaborate on all business readiness activities including product testing, rollout, iteration and support
Coordinate strategic direction with executive CACI leadership
Look beyond current funded programs to ensure growth and technology innovation through a 5-year and beyond plan
Serve as a primary interface with customers and vendors to validate and evangelize the strategic direction.
Mentor self-motivated individuals and teams/programs to further technical solutions, increase profitability, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with peers, and deliver mission success for our customers.
Provide leadership to our most complex pursuits across the projects.You'll Bring These Qualifications:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of software development experience
Experience architecting large software systems based on customer requirements and documenting and presenting designs for the solution
Experience designing high-level architectural solutions which pull from existing code as well as new development
Experience putting in place and enforcing standards for engineers so that things like scalability, performance, security, and modularity are designed in upfront
Experience supporting mission-essential systems with high uptime
requirements
Ability to communicate software designs and concepts to government
customers
Experience collaborating working with DoD and/or IC
customers
Familiarity and Experience with Web Development Technologies – Java, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Groovy, Grails, Angular
Familiarity and Experience with Backend Development Technologies – General knowledge of Python and Java language
Familiarity and Experience with general Software concepts – Software as a Service, Microservices, Containerization, Cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design, Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services
Familiarity and experience with firmware design languages and related technologies, Vivado/VHDL/Verliog
Strong understanding of deploying software using common DevOps tools (Nexus, Artifactory, Jenkins, Harbor, Docker, etc...)
Ability
to communicate software
designs and concepts to government customers as they look to integrate newer technologies
Experience
ingesting requirements
and
generating basis
of estimates (BOEs) for work
Experience leading and/or
integrating Agile
methodologies
Experience developing applications for commercial cloud technologies (E.g. AWS
C2S, GovCloud)
Experience with Model Driven Development tools such as MBSE, UML, SysML
TS/SCI Clearance required
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience integrating,
developing, and optimizing solutions using AI/ML concepts
Experience across the national air, cyber, and space domains including systems engineering, operations, and test.
Experience of 10-15 years providing support to Government acquisitions or delivering solutions/products to the Government or related.
Experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results for the program.
Experience with Navy cryptologic systems
Experience building proposal solutions and leading proposal development.
