- Weekly cycle counts.
- COGS management.
- Refine and maintain cost calculators.
- Maintain accurate min/max count.
- Prevent inventory items from running out, unless they are obsolete.
- Manage obsolescence, waste, and shrinkage.
- Prepare annual tolerances for financials.
- Create BOMs for new kits.
- Work back to existing items.
- Enter new items in ERP system and link to necessary modules.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives – Track quarterly.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas.
- Time studies of labor and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with Purchasing and Receiving Lead.
- Identify new suppliers and compare costs to current ones.
- Keep Rentals inventory clean, updated and in reusable condition.
- Coordinate repairs, refresh powder coating.
- Maintain and manage repairs for shop equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all work as these are directly related to sensitive financial matters for the company.
- At least 5 years of shipping, purchasing, receiving, inventory and shipping experience.
- Ability to manage direct reports and work long hours as necessary.
- Accuracy and team player a MUST.
- MUST have Business Central experience.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Computer proficiency - ERP experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100+ lbs.
- Clean driving record.
- Forklift operator (will train and certify on location).
- Good communication skills.
