    • Dedicated Field Manager

    This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity that requires long-term availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours during peak times.

    Maximum Pay
    USD $18.00/Hr.

    What You'll Do

    • Travel to assigned retail locations to perform visits in your territory
    • Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products, including TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, and phones
    • Collaborate on 2-3 person projects, such as appliance or TV installations
    • Build and maintain positive relationships within the store
    • Successfully complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager
    • Ensure timely reporting via your mobile device
    • Follow the schedule established per BDS Standards and Expectations (provided during onboarding)
    • Receive materials at home or collect from FedEx for retail tasks
    • Assist with additional tasks as requested by management

    What You'll Bring

    Experience and Education:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
    • Previous experience in merchandising or customer service is preferred

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with BDS and in-store personnel
    • Proficient in using a personal Android or Apple device (smartphone/tablet) with GPS for uploading photos, reporting data, and accessing information
    • Possession of a basic toolkit, with reimbursement provided for toolkit costs after the probation period
      • A basic toolkit includes a multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy off, putty knife, microfiber cloth, and goo gone
    • Able to complete BDS online training within the required timeline before working in-store
    • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

    Availability and Logistics

    • Flexible availability needed Monday - Friday, from early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours
    • Commitment to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
    • Ability to travel for company purposes with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
    • Willingness to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius (BDS compensates drive time and mileage between locations)

    • Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and hear, and drive
    • Regularly lift and carry over 40 pounds
    • Climb ladders taller than 10 feet
    • Complete training (both online and in-store) to operate moving equipment, such as Big Joe/Little Joey and forklifts, as needed
    • Occasionally travel by plane or other means of transportation
