    The main purpose of the role is to coordinate plan and schedule all facilities maintenance and calibration activities.

    This role will work with the facilities and maintenance supervisors supply chain and operations to ensure all preventive maintenance facilities and calibration activities are completed per schedule and without impacting the production supply.

    Main responsibilities:

    Perform the planning estimating scheduling and organizing of facilities maintenance and calibration activities. Benchmarking with other sites on cost reduction by materials/ equipment cost improvements.

    Act as the contact point for planned activities including preventive maintenance facilities shutdowns calibration and other activities with engineering supply chain and operations.

    Balances resource utilization and assigns resources accordingly. Participate in weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations. Monitor and maintain Maintenance Key Performance Indicators. Conducts field checks to ensure accuracy of planning activities. Perform change control for updates to equipment and maintenance documentation. Performs and monitors equipment status changes including new equipment identification and logging. Enters updates and maintains Equipment Configurations for compliance.

    HS Diploma minimum education required 3-5 years' experience in planning/scheduling SAP is a bonus
