    Description
    The StaffPsychiatrist performs psychiatric evaluation and treatment to consumers asappropriate. Provides crisis intervention services to new and existingconsumers.

    Psychiatrist will join the adult outpatient team and be responsiblefor conducting psychiatric examinations, prescribing and monitoringpsychotropic medications, treating substance use disorders, completingassociated documentation, and other related services to clients.


    Providesclinical direction and leadership in team development of treatment plans. Providessupport and consultation to other team members and service providers.

    Completionof an accredited residency in Psychiatry. Psychiatrist, Texas Medical Licensein good standing. DEA, Buprenorphine waiver, and DPS Certificates. Boardeligible or certified. Capable of documenting patient communication andclinical treatment accurately and appropriately.
