    Program Coordinator, Equity
    100% Remote within California, Must reside in California

    What You'll Do


    The Coordinator, Equity- Wellness Coach Certification Program (WCCP), will serve as a member of the Foundation for California Community Colleges (Foundation) Equity department and will provide support to WCCP project team.

    Through this project, the Foundation will promote the WCCP and attract eligible applicants from California Community Colleges.

    The Coordinator will provide support for the implementation of a comprehensive strategic outreach plan with specific tactics and resources to reach eligible recipients, providers, and community partners.

    The tactics include a large peer-to-peer ambassador outreach program, administration of the distribution of grants to partners, development of outreach materials, and program data collection.

    Under the direction of the Program Manager, Equity (WCCP) and in line with the Foundation's strategic plan, the Coordinator's primary role is to provide support to the overall project and coordinate specific components of the WCCP project.

    Promotes smooth and efficient program development by collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
    Coordinates communication among associations, stakeholders, and team members to foster collaboration and connections between partners.
    Consults directly with partners on the WCCP project and other various state-wide programs or projects.
    Manages and maintains multiple databases to keep departmental data up to date.
    Seeks out opportunities to improve departmental processes, programs, and projects.
    Assists with accounts payable by processing invoices, interacting with partners and vendors regarding invoice questions, and maintaining financial records.
    Provides other general administrative support to Equity staff including, but not limited to the following:

    Proofreading and formatting documents
    Assist with event and meeting coordination (e.g., invitations and RSVPs, meeting room arrangements, catering, AV requirements, travel coordination)
    Prepare expense reports for organization staff.
    Ordering and managing office supplies
    Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    Attributes for Success
    Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all deliverables and projects are accurate, professional, and up to date.
    Some working experience with calendaring and scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
    Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a team.
    Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships (internal and external to the team and organization)
    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience proofreading
    Strong knowledge of computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and databases, and typical use of the personal computers, printers, telephones, Internet, and electronic mail
    Regular, predictable attendance
    Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms (Zoom, MS Office Suite-Teams, Outlook, Salesforce Lightning and other database programs, Google Suite, etc.)

    Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:

    Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
