- Self-motivated person with great leadership, analytical, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional communication & interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic and capable of standing/walking throughout the whole shift.
- Openness to learning and being coached is a must.
- Prior experience in Swiss Style and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe operation is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of any CNC operation.
- Familiarity with various high-speed machinery and measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Experience in geometric tolerancing, reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals, along with GD&T.

Our Night Shift runs from Monday to Thursday, starting at 2:00 pm and finishing at 12:00 am. You'll get an extra 10% for working this shift! We are searching for individuals who aim for a stable career at a company that truly cares about its employees.
