    General Responsibilities Include:
    • Work with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers and Supervisors, review menus and beverage lists and food & beverage concepts to maximize revenue.
    • Maintain and improve food and beverage service standards with the objective of consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations in all outlets and event spaces.
    • Work with F&B Managers/Supervisors in overseeing staff training and development, coach, and counsel.
    • Constantly monitor guest survey feedback relative to guest satisfaction with food and beverage offerings to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, review results with colleagues to develop appropriate corrective action and ensure implementation.
    • Complete menu analysis to remain market driven at all times.
    • Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bar and event spaces.
    • Handle all guest complaints, requests, and inquiries relative to food and beverage service.
    • Conduct monthly food and beverage meetings, daily briefings.
    • Identify and develop talents within the restaurant, bar and events department for future potential growth.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with all departments, relaying important information, communicating expectations and appreciations.
    • Recommend proper maintenance and repair to the Director, Engineering and ensure the proper housekeeping of all function space.
    • Responsible for the proper handling of all equipment, i.e., china, glassware, silverware, linen, and props, ensuring proper storage after use.
    • Must be an example of the Viceroy Ideology, Values, Brand Standards, and a champion of appearance and hygiene guidelines.
    • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
    • Perform other job duties and projects as directed.
    • Bar Manager/Supervisor experience
    Skills/Knowledge Required:
    • Excellent Communication, Organizational and Problem-Solving skills.
    • Be able to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other colleagues.
    • Must be service oriented and be able to multi-task.
    • Must have knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and health and safety standards.
    • Must exhibit an approachable and authentic engaging demeanor.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire others to work cooperatively to achieve a designated goal.
    Qualification Standards:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management preferred. High school or equivalent required.
    • Previous F&B experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel/resort or similar hotel environment preferred. 3-5 years of previous restaurant/bar/events management experience required.
    • TIPS and ServSafe certification required.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required.
    • POS Silverware experience a plus
    The expected pay range for this position is $90K - $100K.
