In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing transfer documents, entering accounting correspondence for dealer swaps, and used wholesale transactions, etc.
• Receiving calls through the telephone system and responding as appropriate.
• Processing vehicle titles for all sales and trade-in vehicles.
• Checking for accuracy and completeness of all paperwork related to vehicle titles.
• Submitting and tracking title documents with the appropriate state agencies.
• Preparing and submitting lien releases and title transfers for paid vehicles.
• Collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure timely title processing.
• Serving as a liaison with customers, state agencies, and financial institutions to resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all titles and related documents.
• Keeping current and up to date with state laws and regulations related to vehicle titles and registration.
• Responding to and completing any other duties as assigned by Controller.
