    Work History:
    Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
    References: 1 Reference in the last 36 months

    Must Have:
    Minimum 2 years of the last 3 in ORLevel 1 Trauma experience (at least 1 year out of the last 3)

    Minimum of 1 year of Travel (last 3 years)Scrub:
