    Were hiring a Workday HRIS Manager for our People and Places team. You will be responsible for the continuous development, optimization, security, data integrity, reporting, and overall platform management of Workday. You will provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives.     This role is based in San Francisco or Toronto and requires 3 days a week onsite.


    Responsibilities:


    Oversee various Workday modules including Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, and PayrollEnsure continuous optimization and adherence to the roadmapManage security architecture, defining access to data, especially during performance and compensation planning cyclesEnsure compliance with security frameworks and update security groups based on business process modificationsTroubleshoot requisition integration errors between Lever and Workday and other systems integrationsModify time-tracking templates and rules for non-exempt roles based on legal instructionsConfigure, launch and manage the annual performance review cycleConfigure merit matrix and compensation planning moduleRegularly upload various data sets into Workday modulesManage bulk uploads such as compensation pay ranges, stock grants, and organizational changesConduct quarterly audits of access in collaboration with internal or external auditors.

    Manage dashboards and worklets within WorkdaySet up automated and scheduled reporting to internal stakeholdersStay informed about regular Workday updates and outagesCreate training content for HRBPs on process changes and new business processesManage Workday Jira queue for ad hoc support and requestsRequirements:

    Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field7-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience (including Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework)Knowledge of and/or experience with Workday Studio systems, Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) Language Coding, Workday Business Process Framework, Workday Configurable Security and Business Object, and Workday Application ConfigurationAbility to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data-related inquiriesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience of integrating Workday with ATS applications such as LeverWorkday certification(s) a huge plusThe salary range for this position is $96,300k - $177,700k.#LI-AC1Ultimately, in determining your offer, we will take into consideration your geographic location, relevant experience and expertise, and other job-related factors.
