Golden Valley - St. Louis Park

Twin Cities Physicians is looking for a Physician Assistant to join their team in Golden Valley. At Twin Cities Physicians, you'll be delivering top-notch care to individuals in various senior living communities around the Twin Cities Metro area, providing primary care directly to patients on a weekly basis.

Physician Assistant / PA-C Overview:

Drive to Senior Living Communities to offer on-site primary care to residents
Assist in the patient's care plan: managing chronic conditions, advanced treatment, and end-of-life arrangements
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage medications, and request lab tests
Maintain clear and consistent communication with Physicians, office support staff, community personnel, and patients' families

Physician Assistant / PA-C Qualifications:

Current registration as a Physician Assistant / PA by the MN Board of Medical Practice
Demonstrated expertise in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine
Passion for supporting the Older Adult Population
Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance
