- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation using QuickBooks.
- Oversee financial reporting to ensure timely submission of invoices and payments.
- Assist with Human Resources tasks including processing weekly payroll, onboarding, managing employee records, and oversight of health insurance & workers comp insurance renewals & audits.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a professional and organized environment.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Construction knowledge and Job costing accounting background is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is beneficial to this role
- QuickBooks, and ADP experience is a huge plus
- Proven experience in an office management role.
- Strong attention to detail and can multitask effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills.
