    Civil Engineer Project Manager, P.E.

    Location: On-Site (Arkansas)

    Salary: $120,000 – $135,000

    Job Type: Full-time

    About the Opportunity:

    We're partnering with a 100% employee-owned engineering, planning, and design firm to find an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager (P.E.).     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including roads, residential/commercial developments, drainage systems, municipal and institutional facilities, and more.
    • Serve as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
    • Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation in accordance with internal project management standards.
    • Oversee and mentor a team of 3–10 engineers and support staff.
    • Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with plans/specs, and resolve project-related challenges.
    • Stay updated on codes, techniques, and regulations; maintain all necessary professional certifications.
    • Participate in business development activities and client engagement initiatives.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
    • Experience: 7–10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role.
    • Licensure: Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or able to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
    • Skills: Strong technical, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in engineering software, MS Office, and project management tools.
