City Carrier Assistant Job Opportunity

The United States Postal Service is hiring City Carrier Assistants to ensure smooth postal operations by delivering mail efficiently. This role requires no prior experience, as comprehensive paid training will be provided to set individuals up for success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering Mail:




• Deliver mail and packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes


• Hear from customers about any issues with their delivery



• Customer Assistance:




• Help customers with postal inquiries and service requests



• Loading the Vehicle: This includes loading all items onto the vehicle safely before heading out on a route.
  Packing of heavy or oversized items should not take too much longer than normal while packing other deliveries into your bag via an umbrella.
