- Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve client service issues
- Assist with program analysis for potential clients
- Assist in new business marketing and renewal submissions
- Customer service tasks such as certificates, endorsements, auto-id cards, quotes, etc.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Property and Casualty agent's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
