    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with Operations, People, and Clinical Leadership to forecast, model, and provide a source of truth for strategic growth in a startup digital health environment.


    Responsibilities:
    ● Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
    ● Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
    ● Set up and oversee the company's finance programs and audits
    ● Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (manage accountants, internal
    auditors etc.)
    ● Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
    ● Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
    ● Conduct analysis to make forecasts, build models and collaborate with key stakeholders on
    operational and personnel projects.
    ● Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

    About You:
    ● 5+ years of executive level and cross-functional finance operational experience
    ● Start-up, digital healthcare experience- - scaling from series A-C
    ● In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
    ● Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
    ● Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. NetSuite)
    ● An analytical mind with a strategic ability
    ● Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    ● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    ● BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
    ● CPA, Actuary or other relevant qualification is a plus

    Total Rewards:
    ● 1099 Contractor Salary: up to 20 hours, set contract of $6500/mos
    ● Move to full-time W2 in a few months
