- Assist in the implementation of various activities including warehouse design and material flow, creation of standard operating procedures, development of warehousing training program, and establishment of a cycle count program.
- Responsible for all warehouse management activities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage all aspects of team development, delegating work assignments to team members as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years warehouse or supply chain logistics
- Minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience
- GMP experience required, biopharma experience preferred
- Experience with inventory control systems, preferably SAP, and computer office programs
- Import/Export and cold chain experience required
- Ability to thoroughly investigate/ perform root cause analysis, identify potential issues, and propose solutions through verbal and written communication
- Ability to write SOP's and reports independently
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Cell banking experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong leadership skills
