    Minimum Experience: 1 year ICU experience required

    Less than 2 years accepted under Tier 2 compliance

    First‑time travelers accepted

    Strong critical care background preferred

    Licensure & Certifications

    Required:

    Active Illinois RN License (must be in hand before start)

    BLS

    ACLS

    Preferred:

    NIHSS

    RTO: Max 7 days

    No RTO allowed in first or last week

    *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
