    Summary: The Engineer II - Civil Engineering performs civil engineering design and construction support of projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performs civil site design independently and performs road design, pad grading, drainage, and hydrology.

    • Performs civil designs and coordinates plan production in AutoCAD Civil 3D with the design team.

    • Performs foundation designs, including wind turbine foundations, solar PV pilings, and miscellaneous plant structures.

    • Writes specifications and technical reports.

    • Prepares calculations and quantity takeoffs as necessary.

    • Operates a company vehicle for site visits.

    • Presents and supports a safety and quality-oriented attitude.

    • Participates in project meetings and reports on progress/issues with assigned work.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field of study required.

    • EI/EIT certification required.

    • 2 or more years of civil site development, technical, or structural engineering disciplines required.

    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 5 to 15% required.

    • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
